Seemed that every extension I added, the strength greatly reduced. Hard to scrub high windows when it feels like it may crumple.

telescopic rod made of extra light -weight aluminium which defeats the purpose of the product. The higher the reach the less sturdy and control you have with this product.

While the extended handle could be stronger, this worked better than expected! I think at least some of the good results were do to the "Unger" window washing solution.

I ended up not needing this, but I will tell you that it is a hell of a lot better quality than what I was expecting it to be for the price. I now wish I'd just kept it for down the road just in case the prices went up. Hmmmm...... anyways, this is a great product for everything you get. I didn't use it, but I did put all of the polls together to make sure it wouldn't end up being too heave and folding in the middle of my work, and I am very confident that this'll hold up well for what it's intended for.

My brother used this to clean windows of my second floor apartment. He said it was a little flimsy compared to his, which is more of a professional, and expensive one. However, it did clean eight upstairs windows very well. I didn't need anything more sturdy or expensive to do my windows once or twice a year.

No funciona con toda la extención, no tiene el soporte que se necesita para poder limpiar a la altura que alcanza, es funcional en cuanto a que se puede hacer largo y no es estorboso pero con toda la extención no funciona

The wand is very cheap. It’s made from aluminum so when you want it to go higher, you really can’t because you have to worry about it breaking

We have a vaulted living room so we have some windows that are high. I really wanted to clean them. I thought this tool would be great but not so much. I had to use five lengths to reach the windows and it doesn’t do well with that many. It bows and makes it difficult to put pressure on it to wash the windows and even harder to use the scraper. The main part of it that you attach the sponge to also broke off the rod within five minutes of pushing and I had to duct tape it. Wouldn’t recommend.

DO NOT BUY!!! I went outside to wash my large bay windows the day it arrived and the F***ing thing broke on the first pass. WTF kind of quality control is going on here. Ime hoping it can be fixed with gorilla glue be aise it is a clean snap. If it were possible to rate this POS zero stars I would 😡😡

If you are afraid of heights and ladders that take you there, this tool is for you. You can stand on solid ground and wash windows 15-20' up. One side to wash the window; turn it over to squeegee it.
