Total quality item and yes, I would recommend it to my friends and family and worth the price. It's been a snowy, stormy week here and I've got all my SPRING CLEANING done already! I was impressed by the strength of the pole...not flimsy!

I live in a home with 20 ft vaulted ceilings in the living room. A 6 ft wide window is at the very top of that wall. Spiders find that a cozy place to make their webs which catch flying bugs that make it up there. With this tool I can reach all around that window to clean up the cobwebs and hopefully snag a few spiders. I am 80 years old and a small woman at 5'1". This is light enough for me to handle and sturday enough that the pole does not flex when extended to it's full length. I am very happy with this product.

I had this chandelier for about 18m and it was starting to looks dusty with a lot of spider webs. I received a quote from several companies to come out and clean it starting at $250. This product is so amazing. It works very well, and made it look new again. You do have to go extra slow as to not tangle the strings so that makes the stick heavy at times. It's light weight if you are quick but I couldn't go fast. There are 3 attachments and I used 2 so far on this one. It's very sturdy to use and not flimsy. It's a great size for the price and offers great quality. This was a nice investment. I can clean it now as many times as I want.

I already owned a decent tool for dust and spider webs, but the vaulted ceiling over my staircase was impossible to dust because nothing could reach it, and we are not crazy enough to try to use a ladder on our stairs. I'm not a big clean freak, but it's demoralizing to have big, ropy spiderwebs that just grow, and grow, and there's not a thing you can do. When I found this thing on Amazon, I crossed my fingers and ordered it. It is one of the best things I've bought here, and I've probably ordered thousands of things on this site. The box it comes in is just a little taller than my front door, but that's pre-assembly. As my pictures show, it comes with a clear set of directions in English, which almost nobody bothers to provide anymore. Fantastic! But the tool itself is the prize. It's easy to put together; easy to telescope out to a very great length; and it's easier to use than I expected. Of course something this lengthy takes a bit of strength to control, but considering it's length, it's quite manageable. And it's probably the sturdiest cleaning tool I own. I've included a photo of the stairwell for which I purchased this tool. I was standing downstairs when I took the photo, and even so, you can hardly even see the top. Amazingly, when I go up to the stair landing and telescope this bad boy to full length, I can knock down every stinking web in the place. Spiders, say buh-bye. I'm a believer!

This summer in the woods of northern GA, we were inundated with spiders who are intruders. Our house over the weeks came to look haunted, as there were webs all over. I had to clean out the front porch area daily, and still, there would be creepy spiders there on webs. Our house has two stories, and we don't use pesticides, and I had to figure a way to remove the spiders. After much research, I decided a cobweb duster that was rated for outdoor use was the way to go. I wanted something very sturdy.I settled on this product in spite of the 1-star ratings that said the packaging was crap and the accessories sometimes got squashed so out of shape they were unusable. The majority of customers seemed very happy with the product, so I took a chance and ordered it.I was very pleased at how sturdy the pole is. It will work very well for our needs. The attachments are all nicely made. However, the box was long and skinny and there was absolutely no padding of any kind to protect the product. Each end of the box should have had a piece of styrofoam to secure the pole and cushion the ends. There was nothing. So, apparently someone dropped the box off the truck, and the end that hit the ground was not the attachment end, which would have not been damaged. It landed on the other end, which had a fairly sturdy plastic cap covering it. The cap smashed into pieces. When I removed the residue, I was left with a bare metal, hollow pole that was very sharp. Dangerously so.I wrote to the seller and got a nice note back saying they couldn't send me an end cap. But they would refund my purchase. It was not what I wanted. Now I have to figure out how to cover the end of the pole. But I got the set for free, so who am I to complain? I wish it was intact, but the important bits are fine. For now, we'll cover it with duct tape. Later, maybe I'll come up with a nicer fix.So I gave them 4 stars for good customer service. And the product is good. And I got it for free. But I don't know how they will stay in business selling these things and refunding every time a box drops off the truck on the wrong end. I like it and would definitely get it again.
