So disappointed. I need 1-1/2 inch buttons for my project, and these are no bigger than 1 inch buttons. False advertising!!! And as someone else reported, they smell very very bad! I could smell it as soon as I took them out of the Amazon bag. I didn't even open the sealed plastic bag they were in, and I could smell the bad odor.

I saw from one review that they weren't 1.2 inches, but only an inch. That's fine - the smaller size would have worked for what I was making. However, they were a lot bigger (which would have been a happy surprise if they fit through the button holes on my projects). Again, I probably would have been fine with that.As you can kinda see in this picture, they have splotches of darker pigmentation.But the worst part was the STENCH. They smelled like the worst body odor you could imagine, mixed with chemicals. I'm not usually sensitive to smells, but I feel like these buttons need to be soaked in vinegar and I have to wash my hands after handling them because the smell is so BAD.
