This inverter is quite a bit higher quality than I was expecting it to be and so far, has been working as advertised. I'm permanently installing this and the remote on/off was a necessary feature and I'm glad to say it works without issue. To test it though, we just used a normal car battery and at least compared to the last unit, which we returned because it was defective and drained the battery in about 90 minutes, this unit works quite well and didn't bat an eye when we plugged a coffee pot in to test the high power drain. I also really liked how it has dual AC sockets along with USB; it's a pretty versatile unit made more so by the remote power switch. Build quality seems very good, it has a very substantial metal chassis, the switches feel good and there isn't anything here that feels cheap. It is fairly heavy though, but that's not an issue due to the permanent installation. Fan noise seemed minimal, but again, this doesn't matter for my installation as it'll be isolated. I think for the cost, it's a pretty good value considering it's rated at 2000W continuous, has multiple AC sockets and a remote switch. It'll work out great for my install and since it hasn't given me any issues so far, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it.

This inverter for the price works as good as the ones you pay double for. Took a bit of time to get it to me, but I’m happy.

This "MKLIHFD 2000 watt Inverter 12v" came very well packaged with foam and bubble wrap in a branded cardboard box. The unit looks and feels like decent quality, but the included power wires are too small if using near maximum capacity often. The unit powered up without issue, showing the current source voltage in real time. The unit shut itself down when the battery voltage dropped too low, as it should. So far it is working as expected, maximum load so far has been 1800 watts.

The MKLIHFD 750W Power Inverter is a reliable and efficient choice for powering small electronics and appliances in vehicles. Customers appreciate its compact size and easy installation, plugging directly into the cigarette lighter socket. The inverter provides 750W of modified sine wave power, sufficient for running laptops, phones, TVs, and small appliances during road trips or camping. However the fans can be noisy under heavy load which is not unusual in any way. Dependable performance and durability for the price with no issues as of this review. Overall, this power inverter offers good value for its capabilities, making it a practical option for powering devices on the go.

I am building an overlanding rig (GMT800 Series Suburban) for my wife and I for this upcoming summer. I ordered this inverter specifically for this rig and performed a series of tests to make sure it operates as it should.I attached it to a DC power supply capable of outputting 14.5 volts and 10 amps. I found the inverter and the power supply show the same (or near enough) input and outputs. This inverter operates exactly as its manual states with a long push power button and also cuts out (and back in) when an over voltage or under voltage situation occurs.I could only run a small wattage light bulb (60w) due to the limiting factor of the power supply. But the inverter provides the current voltage and holds that voltage as it should. Its readouts are reasonable representations of what is actually happening. I will say, it seems to take a long while for the display to cycle through the various parameters that its display shows. This is not an issue but played on my patience a little bit waiting to see the display make its changes. This is well made, competently/safely packaged and stout inverter with good accessories.Highly Recommended.

This is a nice 12v inverter. 2500w is a big inverter that is supposed to be for 12v. 2500w / 12v = 208.3333 amps. The included cables are copper clad aluminum (aluminum wire with a thin shell of copper). The cables that have been included with this inverter are too light to be used with such a large inverter. I plan to switch these cables out for larger ones that will be safer to use. This is also not a true sine wave , but instead a modified sine wave inverter so this must be kept in mind when using this inverter.

My family and I take road trips and try our best to be frugal which is not strong in hotels as much as possible. This inverter helps everything stay powered in our truck but not running the engine which is terrible. I have also purchased a solar panel which I plan to use to charge an onboard battery as to not use the vehicle battery. If you are budget conscious like I am this is a get inverter to start with!
