They are ok, but the collets are thinner than ones that come already on fittings and such. If you are off center with them at all when the compression nut is tightened, it galls and wrinkles the collet rendering it to leaks and unusable. Be careful.

Either the product description is wrong, or the shipping got screwed up. Only received a 50 pack of 3/8" bushings not the 200 assortment as in the description
