Heat Shield Air Intake Kit
Is designed to substance from absorbing excessive heat from outside source. Due to the large amounts of heat given off by internal combustion engines, heat shields are used on most engines to protect components and bodywork from heat damage.
Dry Air Filter
Most new design are now dry filter instead of oil filter. Our filter do not require oil, it is reusable and washable. You can wash it with soap and water, rinse it until it is all dry up and use it again. We recommend you to check every 5,000 miles to see if it needs to be wash / clean.
Performance
Increases when engine absorbs cold air by passing through aluminum pipe to extract the heat to improves throttle response & more horsepower.

Air filter will help to draw more clean air into your engine without dust and rocks to prevent any damages to the engine. By provide clean air it can also help increase fuel mileage and response power in your vehicle.
Installation
Heat shield intakes are very easy to install on your vehicle. A typical intake installation can be done with a screwdriver, pliers and a ratchet-set within 90 minutes or less. But of course if you are not sure of how to DIY, we do recommend that you take it to a professional to install.

Installed on 2K15 w/5.3. Took about an hour, spent most of that removing the OE equipment. This slid right in, coupler placement is key. Doesn’t come with 5/8 clamps so order a set of 4 in stainless steel. Mine came with instructions but I also watched a video on YouTube to see it installed. Really happy with it and the truck sounds great when you get on it.

This thing was very easy to install. If you can screw in a light bulb you can install this. Took less than 30 minutes, and the difference it made in the way my 2018 Silverado sounded was a huge difference. Can't really speak to the power boost as I have a tuner programmer to take care of that issue. I did have a little trouble with mass air flow sensor plugging into the slot provided. But I finally got it figured out. Its a very good bang for the buck. I recommend it for anyone wanting to improve the sound of their vehicle and perhaps get a better performance as well.

Looks great!! Sounds great when you get into the throttle. Noticed an increase in horsepower. Whenever shifting the tires would break free. The downside is there was no type of instructions and there website that they said to go to for them had nothing. The search didn’t even have an option for GMC. When you selected Chevy it only listed Camaro and it was only to sell you something. There was no type of instructions on there sight that I could find. It wasn’t hard to install. I just have ocd when it comes to working on my vehicles just want it to the specs. It taken a little longer figuring out what went where. My truck is a 2019 GMC Sierra 1500 the factory put a 2018 intake system. Overall it was worth the money.
