It may have been cheap but it did exactly what the other one would do and for a fraction of the cost. Added a bunch to mine so I am very happy with it. There are plenty of videos showing how to update your car, just find one and follow along.

Can confirm works with 2013 Ford F150 Limited!Put it in the center console between the front passenger and driver seat.Once in, nothing else needed to be done. Installation is super simple. Hardest part was finding this SD card slot. Everything worked right off the bat and we confirmed that this was updated because of a newly added neighborhood down the road and some newer businesses showing up in the POI.It works just as good as stock and seems to work just as before. No issues and would recommend for anyone looking for an update. Price is super reasonable compared to OEM options which can be hundreds more.
Yup, I'll review it!

2016 Explorer sport. My GPS started up and worked just fine with this card installed. It has more accurate maps than the card that I had. This card is labeled as the 2024 version. The packaging on it says 2023 data. you can see in the photos, that this disparity is covered in the instruction booklet. It is a good update card.

This is truly plug and play. The instructions warn that the car should be off before swapping the old card for this new one. But that's all there is to it. Initially I thought something wasn't right because I could not see any street names. Turns out it defaulted to a zoomed in view and once I zoomed out everything was fine. It also seems to calculate routes a little faster than my original card, but I can't verify that. The main issue here is the cost. This card is MUCH cheaper than if you buy it directly from Ford, but there are cheaper versions on Amazon.

This replaced my husband's old A9 map SD in his 2015 Ford Taurus. There is no difference in performance from the expensive cards sold by NAVTEQ for $149. This was a substantial savings for the map update. All it requires is to take out the old SD map card and install the new one. The navigation system is updated right away.

So, my grandparents, who are 82 years old, have been driving their 2012 Ford Edge for a while now, but the navigation system has never really worked well. Since they value their independence and the roads keep changing, I decided to get the XGEEK 2024 Latest Navigation SD Card A15 for their Ford/Lincoln.Installation was a breeze. I simply removed the old SD card from the front of the center console and inserted the new A15 version while the ignition was off. Once I turned the ignition on, the navigation system loaded up immediately without any issues or extra steps. To make sure everything was working properly, I preset some familiar destinations for them. This way, they could get used to the system and see how accurate it was. At first, they were a bit hesitant to try the new technology, but they were really impressed with the guided turn-by-turn assistance.Even though this is the 2023 version and not the latest, it still covers all the main roads they frequent. They don't travel far, so it works perfectly for their needs. Overall, I'm really happy with this product because it gives me peace of mind knowing that my grandparents can navigate safely and confidently.

I put off installing this SD card because I thought I had to update my system first and I didn’t have time to research how to do that. Then I decided to just put the card in and, if that didn’t work, I’d look into doing the update. I was pleasantly surprised to see that, for my car, a system update wasn’t required. I entered a couple of address on new streets and they got directions for both. I been using the GPS on my phone for address in newer parts of town because I didn’t want to pay Ford’s expensive price for their Navigation Card. This one is just as good for a fraction of the price.

The data for this chip was obtained in 2023, and this chip was released in 2024. This chip version, A15, is the last upgrade Ford is releasing for this version of Sync. When I first put this chip in, I got an error on the screen saying that no chip was inserted. It took some finagling before my system would read the card. For $30.00, it’s cheaper than Ford’s SD card. Hopefully, it will continue to work. I’m holding on to my A14 card for back up, just in case something malfunctions.
