Did not work AT ALL. Written instructions were incomprehensible. (No instructions how to attach leg straps or how to use pump). Tubing was not long enough to wear in bed. Impossible to not kink tubing while in bed. After one night's use, bed and I were soaked. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT.

The sensing unit or host did not work correctly. The jock coverage good but the elastic that goes over legs and around waist needs to come is sizes as too small. Container urine goes into good size and easy to clean.

We were thrilled when we received this! It worked perfectly. And, then it just died. I cleaned it. Read everything I could trying to see what went wrong. I took it all apart trying to see if something had clogged the line. It was perfectly clear. What a waste of money!! PLEASE believe me, DO NOT BUY THIS!!! I ignored the reviews...but they were all correct. The pump will die shortly after using it.

Instructions in box are not clear, had to watch video to connect it properly. Once in place and connected the unit moves a small amt of urine to holding tank and remainder is all over patient— totally unacceptable & the auto sensor did not work properly— should not have to operate unit manually!

The only thing worse than the design of this product is the operation of it. My wife had a stroke and can’t sleep through the night without having assistance to go to the bathroom 3 or 4 times. We thought this would allow both of us some respite but it failed terribly. Why they decided to have only the front half of the diaper is beyond me. The fitting of the cup is difficult for the female anatomy in my opinion but we managed to put it on according to the instructions. The pump was fully charged but quit working after only a few hours. Neither of the control buttons would respond. The pump has urine inside it and when it stopped working the urine leaked out in spite of the tubes being firmly in place. Luckily I had the foresight to put a pee pad under the stand that the pump was on or we would be having the bedroom carpet cleaned. Don’t waste your time or money on this thing. If your experience is like mine you will definitely regret your choice.

Well this is a bit of an effort to get set up properly.It also isn't very comfortable and I can't see anyone using it long term.For us though - it is a solution to a family situation.Very recent hip surgery with more coming and he also has an overactive bladder at night.This unique device allowed him to get much more sleep as even a bedpan or bed bottle was very painful.With this he can just lay back and let it go.It takes a bit of time for the pump to activate but once it does it clears the liquid out fast.The catch is very flexible - but feels rather odd on his skin he says because it is silicon.But he is happy to get way more rest every night without worrying about an accident.So far it is working very good. It can leak a bit of course if the catch get shifted so he has learned to be careful.If you need this - it is a great item.
