Delaminated screen in my 2019 Jeep Cherokee that I put up with for a year and a half of the screen constantly being tapped on its own, until it lost too much functionality. It became a serious issue on vacations, dealing with the gps that would chose new destinations over and over again. So happy I went the route of buying and installing the new screen myself. I don't consider myself too car savvy, and I got it done. You're going to want the provided pry tools for this job. Took about an hour...the vast majority of that was carefully prying up the latches of the plastic dash. A breeze to install the new screen cables and clip the dash back into place. Would have been a 15 minute fix if the dash was already disassembled. I did have one instance of the screen not coming on right after the install after firing up the car. Hoping that was just the new screen and car syncing up. Time will tell if the screen will last. Not quite as smooth and responsive as the original screen, but looks much cleaner and crisper. Helps if I push the screen just a pinch firmer to get the response. Overall very happy for the price, and so happy I saved the money and did the install myself.

I recently installed this Gel-free screen in my 2019 Dodge RAM, and it’s a game changer! The screen is responsive, bright, and easy to navigate. Wow, just wow! took the husband probably about 45 minutes to replace. pretty easy to do. Husband watched a couple of YouTube videos to take learn how to take everything apart and replace it. The quality is so much better than the old one (as you can see in the picture.) Very happy with the purchase!!
