If I could give zero stars, I would. I charged it up, put it on my dog and it died within 20 minutes. But then it wouldn’t turn back on even after plugging it in for a day. So I went to return it and opted for a replacement because I figured maybe I just got a lemon. Well the exact same thing just happened with the replacement. Also the “smart” chip doesn’t work because during the short period the device was actually functional, my dog was corrected for the slightest little groan, whine or shake of the head when the sensitivity was turned all the way down. Save your money, don’t buy this product.

I would give zero stars if I could..worked one day then quit..would not turn on, would not charge..waste of money.

I charged the collar and it acted like it was going to work. Then it just quit working. I spoke with customer service and they were very helpful. Very good customer service.
