Easy install, great fit, adjustable height for dips, stands, pushups, rows and more. Very sturdy. Highly recommended to make your 2x2 inch rig more versatile.

These dip handles fir my 2x2 rack well. They pivot into place easily and are snug enough with some padding in the C channel. I love the fact they include 2 handle shapes, making it ideal for for both dips and forms of bodyweight pull-ups, even Push-ups. I really like the locking pins that go around the outside of the uprights. They simply press into.place, but ensure the handle stays on the rack and doesn't pivot up. I wish more attachments had this! Its so much easier than thumbscrews, and safer than having nothing at all (like many attachments). The metal is solid and has a heavy duty feel. Would definitely recommend
