$8 a tube, a great product that cannot usually be found in the box stores. This just the tubes (you need to supply your own "gun" to use it). the tubes has a end that is just a threaded part, then a separate part with a reusable red cap, screws into it and then you cut the tip to the size hole that will suit your purpose. Bigger hole gives you more product with each squeeze, and smaller hole, which I cut at an angle for more control, is for smaller amounts needed. You know what I'm talking about if you have used a silicone caulking around home projects. this can be put down in a moderate weather (like not in the rain or freezing or using on black rubber on a 100 degree day). Once cured , it will withstand a big temperature change, but try to let cure 12 hours or overnight, so cover it looks like rain. We are using it on the roof of our older trailer , as it leaks, but hard to find the leaks and re-rubbering is really not an option. Once you put it on, wait 30 minutes and it will slowly self level, and become more smooth, no more rubbing with a "wet" finger. we will see how it stands up to the weather and if it seals the leaks that we keep finding. It says it can be used on EPDM, TPO, aluminum, brass, steel, glass, mortar, wood, PVC, and won't crack for 2 years.

Good for showing the roof of your RV, if you have any nicks or dings or cracks in the roof just put this on and it will self level. Good for yearly applications for keeping your RV dry

Great sealant! Ordered for a friend who used all and ordered more themself. Said is is good for what they needed. And is as stated on the description. Daid the nozzles made it easy to use.

I got this sealant because my camper developed a leak in the front, and I wasn't sure what was the cause. Upon investigating it, I discovered two good sized spots where something, maybe a limb, had impacted and torn the roof membrane, creating about a 1-inch gash/tear.I cut the top and spout off, per the instructions, and placed the tube in my caulking gun. When I applied the sealant, it went on smoothly and not only filled the gash but also flowed around the area nicely to seal the surrounding membrane. I sealed both spots, then I went on to a few other suspect areas where there were joints and it looked as though the seals had spread a bit, so I filled those as well.The sealant seemed to adhere to the other sealant, as well as the roof membrane. It didn't appear as if it bubbled up or otherwise was repelled by the different materials. What I really like about it is, it seemed to flow into the gaps and where there were cracks, not just staying where it was specifically applied. Upon later checking, the sealant had leveled out quite well and rather than having a big mound of sealant, it had flattened out a good bit. I applied the product when the temperature was in the high 50's and that didn't seem to adversely affect the application. It has been a few days since it has rained and so far, there are no leaks. It remains to be determined how well and how long the product holds up, but I am confident it will last for quite a while. I will update this review if any adverse issues come up or if the product fails in a short time.Overall, I recommend this product for what it is intended for as I feel it is a good product, and it works well. You can use it not just on an RV roof but on a multitude of other materials where you're needing to seal them against the elements.

This stuff is nice. I use this on my old camper and it worked awesome. I bought these for my newer camper as added protection. I’ll update with pictures when the weather is nicer.

I bought this and another project to fix a leaking roof for my commercial building. So far it is holding good. Good quality and I will be buying a lot more as needed. It worked better than other commercial product I bought from the local hardware store. It is very easy to apply and seems like it will last long.
