I used these to build a large display case out of some common lumber and they worked great. I can take the case apart or replace part of it if I need to, rather than if I had screwed everything together.

I used M8 in particle board. I found a 7/16" diameter hole works best with these. Product had no defect and worked well.

I used these for replacement sofa legs on my IKEA soderhamn sofa. The legs I purchased had the incorrect size bolt threads, and these pieces solved the problem as they work with the original leg bolts from ikea.

I used one of these for my survival walking stick. It allows me to attach multiple heads like my fish spear head, broad heads for defense/hunting and different tips for walking, hiking, etc. I got the M8 size because that’s my fishing spear head is. I drilled and tapped M8 brass all thread for the broad heads.

Excellent for temporary hooks and eyelets on my deck. When I’m done with the hooks I just unscrew.
