These are similar to the 3M brand particulate filters at a lower price point.The order also comes with five paris as opposed to 3M coming with 3 pairs. It looks like the cost of each pair of filters averages less than $3, and the comparable box of 3M averages out to around $6.50 a pair.In terms of particle filtering, I would suggest that these filters will filter just as well as the name brand. Whenever working in environments where one can be exposed to harmful particulates, these types of filters are a must have.
