Framing nailer arrived and went onto rigid website to register product for lifetime warranty. Was told by customer service, that since I bought it off Amazon it is not eligible for lifetime warranty. It has a 3 year limited warranty.

Rafter hook is great, weight is OK, controls are pretty good, but no matter what I try it doesn't fully drive nails. Can't have a nailer that I have to follow up with a hammer. Driving 3"x.131 or even 3"x.120 nails rarely get flush when toe nailing. Have maxed depth setting, daily oil, made sure compressor is right, tried different compressors... No luck.

Product hardly jams at all. Lots of nails through it and hardly any signs of wear.

The nailer is ok but Ridgid would not register the waranty. They said it was sold from an unauthorized retailer or is second hand and carries no warranty coverage.The seller contacted me and will register the warranty so all is good
