The concept of this is good, however, the execution is very poor. Because a 21 inch monitor is so big, this really needs to have adhesive on the screen protector itself so that it sticks tightly to the screen. The privacy screen works, but the problem is it puffs out a little bit, and pulls away from the screen thus rendering everything on the screen hard read, it really needs to be like a phone screen protector and adhesive all the way across the surface. Not at all recommended.
