I really wanted this screen to work. We assembled thinking we will recover our Dell. We contacted customer service, and although the lady who answered the phone was nice, she definitely was clueless and made me waste a lot of time over the phone, making me wait for long time each time she went to ask for help. She really touched my nerves since she couldn't understand well English. I called her during the night and wanted me disassembled my computer by the following day. My son is an engineer and he was busy that day. We asked about other way to deliver but she continued saying, UPS, UPS.The touch screen doesn't work, it reacts with delays and gets distorted. Also the computer is way too slow. If you want to go up and down, if you search, if you type, if you want to move the cursor.
