I gave the product a 1 star for the engineering design & and function right out of the box, as the product with NOT work right out of the 'box'. All (5) connections where you slide the different parts together are smooth and therefore slip (have no grip to each other) when put together, and attempting to open and close the blinds, will NOT work.Solution:However, I put Superglue when inserting the (5) parts together. It now functions as I expected.

The hooks that are to be inserted into the wand don't stick. They just spin with the rod. Totally useless.
