It's sand paper (poorly labeled sandpaper but sandpaper none the less) it works pretty good but the foam adapter thing for polishing was such low quality it flew off the drill and got lost. The second one was also low quality and eventually came off the velcro backing and is useless. But the sand paper is alright. It's hard to tell what grit you're looking at because the numbers on the back only sorta show.

Surprisingly great sandpaper and good hook and loop disk and pad they stay fitted to the pad great.the different mandrels and chuck adapters are sturdy with a nut to tighten firmly.I firmly believe you could sand an entire car with all the sandpaper I recieved. Best of all,there at a really good price. Great purchase for small spaces.

As a disclaimer I have not actually used the foam pads as I already had foam pads and continued using the ones I had. This review is based on the sandpaper itself. I purchased to use these for sanding woodturned bowls. I typically only use grits 80-320, so for this kit that means 80,100,180, 240, and maybe 400. What I have found in this range is that there are larger grains on the sandpaper. When sanding with 180 or 240 for instance, most of the surface will look like I would expect 180 or 240 grit to look like, but then there are some scratches/swirls that look like they are from a coarser grit. At first I thought these scratches where from coarser grits but further sanding did not remove the scratches so it appears to be due to inconsistent grain size on the sandpaper. I have not tried continuing on up to higher grits to see if the problem persists, but these are not a good choice for sanding in the typical grit range woodturners use.Aside from these quality issues, all the sandpaper was packaged in one big bag, with grit against grit (not good) and it was difficult to identify and separate the different grit sizes because not every disc has the grit size on the back and everything was just in one big bag.It seems like you get what you pay for with sandpaper. Yes, these are inexpensive, but you definitely get what you pay for. The coarse grits in this pack might be okay if you are transitioning to higher quality sandpaper as you move up in grit size, but otherwise I don't have a lot of use for these sandpaper discs. If you are trying to do high quality sanding, look elsewhere.

I would like to review this product. But I can't because the impact bit doesn't fit on my impact gun.I got this thing to fit on my other pact gun. Don't know why... but it does.Now actually using the pads. They worked just fine. Thumbs up 👍

I've used these several times and they sand amazingly. I use them with my wood turnings on my YouTube channel Mick's wood workings and they work perfectly. Will continue to buy these.
