I bought this charger for my crazy cart and it charged it one time now the light just flashes green quickly and doesn’t work all connections are good everywhere else.i would like them to send me another charger seems like a bad charger to me.does any one know what the flashing green light means?

Bought this for a buddy who has an old cooler / scooter combo.The old battery charger took a D.U.M.P. Not fixable!Replacement chargers were quite expensive $80+ and this one was very reasonable (less than $18 with tax)The pics had good detail on the connector and it looked to be a match for the old charger.Once I received the charger I checked and the pin outs matched up!Granted it is not the same amperage but still will do the job of charging the batteries.Checked with my friend and "So far it seems to be working!"You cannot get a more enthusiastic review than that.

Item says a scooter battery charger but came with instructions showing that it's a laptop charger. Ordered it because it said it would fit a ZR350 mini electric bike. Giving 3 stars because it shipped fast and wasn't damaged.
