This catalytic converter is great. It definitely burns off any excess gas and returns. The vapor to the canister value is good being priced decently and the fit is perfect for any 2 1/2 inch pipe quality is great. I would recommend this to anyone needing to add a catalytic converter to their exhaust system system.

These are an OEM style with a higher density grid pattern substrate. The find square grid is cushioned by some kind of fabric outer layer, inside the metal shell.2.5 version: The O2 bungs have very strong looking welds around them, looks like robotic welded MIG.The inner grid was flawless, no chips, cracks, or defects.This is the first catalytic converter set that has come with a QC data sheet, brochure and gloves.If you're putting these on a stock style system these will work fine. If you need higher performance, look for a different "high flow" cat which has larger grid openings inside for better flow.Note: The 3" variant I bought did not come with O2 Bungs.
