It keeps rinsing 3 times???? We set it but it keeps resetting itself. No phone # for the company, just an email. It was shes perfect, but the rinse cycle uses way too much water. I am going to try and email them and see if I get a response. Will keep u all updated. Kinda disappointed.

Excellent size, great price awesome power and cloths come out clean, and had all attached parts to hook up anywhere.I've only had a few weeks but it is the best I've ever had. No leaks at all.I have told my great friends they should get one.

Product arrived damaged, front of washer base is bashed in and looks like it was thrown down a flight of stairs. The spin and air dry cycles always has the error E4 code which means it's off balance even though we did everything we could to prevent this from happening, it goes off about every 5 minutes. While the outside was damaged, the inside tub has a portion protruding in ward making the drum look off level, which could be the reason the error code goes off in the first place.
