Balusters are fine. Packing is a problem- I've ordered four boxes of this product, three have been missing the screws because to boxes a broken open. Please use sturdier Packaging, and send replacement screws!

These balusters might be the best purchase I've made on Amazon. They are attractive, strong, easy to install, lightweight and the screws are good quality as well. If you space them out every 5 inches OC, there ends up being a perfect 4 inch gap. These exceeded my expectations!

These really made our deck railing pop, and brought it to a nicer look. We had some odd areas that required us to cut some ballisters down to a shorter length, and that was very easy to do, just drill a new screw hole. Easy peasy.
