Even following the maintenance guidelines, once you use it once, it never can be cleaned to look anything close to perfectly clean. It warps after first time use. I followed the instructions, the “high maintenance” to compensate for a low quality product. Designer, please use it yourself and write a review. Pay the same price. Who has the motivation to perform all the instructed steps, taking time, and getting sub-par results? It does not come cheap. It is expensive and high maintenance for a poor quality. A non-stick pan or griddle is a better option at 4 times less price.

I was hopeful getting this for our TT. We have a long burner camp stove and it worked great my wife was very happy. I am hopeful for the life of the non stick coating and had no issue on the first trip. The pan is heavy and worked great for this application. The burner is deflected on our camp stove maintaining good separation from the flame which I think is key to keeping this in great condition.

This product is good for small amount of food. Grease galley fills up quickly. The handles will make closing the BBQ over it difficult if you have a top rack on your BBQ

This griddle is perfect for use over two burners for preparing foods. The nonstick surface makes it easy to cook and flip items. Recommended for ease of use.
