The heating element came with five ceramic cylinders, the spring to wrap around them, and five screws and nuts. The element worked and the incubator I bought this for heated up at least to 90F but I didn't calibrate it yet so I don't know if it gets exactly where I want it to. I just know it works a lot better than the old one I replaced this with. Only downside to this product was the cylinders were a bit longer than the old element so I had to change the mount. Packaging: the box was small and the items placed in a paper bag and the empty space stuffed with remaining paper to prevent movement.

I used this in a replica Lehi incubator and matching hatcher. The product worked perfectly!
