These lights are awesome. They’re easy to put up easy to put together. I like how you can snap them together if you only want to. They’re perfect for plant lovers.

I wanted to love these so much, but unfortunately I have had them for months now and haven't seen any significant new growth on any of my plants. I have tried putting them as close as 6" to as far as 2ft, and they are on for the full 14 hours a day. I'm frustrated as I had purchased 4 sets, but I guess it's back to my Barrina's. It's almost like they are not plant spectrum at all, but just regular lights. I have no equipment to test the PAR levels, this is just based off visual observation of growth over several months. But the decreased growth rate is very apparent.

These are standout grow lights, especially if you are concerned about aesthetics. I was looking for attractive grow lights for built in book shelves that often can be seen behind me when I am in Zoom meetings. I love the little wire clips that snap onto the top of light and makes it to easy to suspend the lights from a wooden shelf (as opposed to using s-hooks to hang from wire shelves). These are BRILLIANT. There are also some optional end caps you can install. This makes the unused ends nicer looking. I don't use my grow lights year around so the ability to dismantle these easily once I am through the germination and seedling stages of my plants are much appreciated.

I think someone mentioned temperature or spectrum settings are missing and my gut feeling is there might be something to that. It is more of a cool white than broad spectrum. I guess the plants will know better than I.It comes with enough mounting hardware to suit many needs. Mine in particular is a repurposed adjustable wire kitchen shelf unit so I can raise the lights with the top shelf with the lights zip-tied to the bottom so that it sits above the next shelf below where the plants reside. When they are sprouting, the shelf they are can be adjusted up to the light and lowered as they grow.Having these lights are important since the townhouse I live in has lights at either end but nothing in the middle. Hopefully these are close to sunlight and I can get some good growing since the windows at the ends of the townhouse don't really have room for the shelf.Kind of works out perfectly.

A correspondence friend suggested that I join him on a quest to clone house plants. He is using commercially available (read pre assembled) systems. I am attempting to cobble together components available on Amazon to create a diy cloner. So far, so good. The first thing greeting the user of these grow lights in a box within a box. The outer box is a pile of electrical wiring. Intimidating, but easy to sort out.The lighting fixtures are fully assembled based on lengths of anodised aluminum extrusion. Judging from the gasket on the electrical components, it appears that the system is either water proof or very water resistant. A nice feature. The lighting system is easy to assemble and very bright. No noticed electrical certification symbols.

These Bstrip LED grow lights are powerful and effective at promoting plant growth indoors. I appreciated their full spectrum, the ability to link multiple lights, and the inclusion of a timer. They significantly improved the health and growth of my indoor plants. However, finding a suitable mounting system for these lights may require some effort. While they're designed for ceiling and hanging installation, securing them effectively may require additional components depending on your setup.I use these lights to supplement natural light for my indoor plants, extending the growing season and improving their overall health and yield.

Overall, the Bstrip LED grow lights seem pretty good. As far as I can tell, the product page specs match what I've observed. I used my quantum PAR light meter to verify the 230 μmol/s/㎡ reading at 8". The color of the lighting is yellow-white. The Optical Lens covering the T5 chips create a series of bright, overlapping mini spotlights. The daisy chain cords and power switch/timer cords look exactly like those that came with my Barrina LED lights and are interchageable. The power and timer buttons are a bit stiff and you have to press down hard to make them work.I especially like the Bstrip mounting options and hardware for wire shelving. Just snap the clips onto the back of the light strip and attach the lanyard hook to the little clip ring. The attached chain makes it easy to adjust the height of the light strip as needed. So far, so good. Everything is working great. Durability remains to be seen but the product page states the lights come with a 2 year warranty.

I do a lot of indoor growing ranging from decorative house plants to seedlings for my summer vegetable garden. Therefore I rely heavily on grow lights. Mostly I buy high end brand names but I purchased this item due to its convenience in sheving units. These are two feet long light panels each containing 8 led outlets on a narrow strip and the units can be daisy chained in any number to achieve the desired length. They each burn 30w power so if you hook all up then your energy consumption is 120w which is decent. Also this unit is specifically designed for plants growing in shelving units but offers other options for installation such as hooks, cable ties, drill bits , chains etc. However there are a few shortcomings that seperate this item from the high end ones...First of all for an item with such high power and continuous use, there are no electric safety certifications. These items should have been tested and approved by institutions like UL labs or ETL but there is no such thing here. Secondly you have no control on the color temperature or the light output which is frustratingly limiting. The only option you can control is the duration which can be adjusted to 4-9-14 h settings. The plastic casing is of average built quality and considering that these items can get pretty hot, I am concerned about the safety of this product especially since there is no electric safety certifications. Also the two prong electrical sockets ( no ground) look a bit low end as well. I am not sure how this item would perform over long seasons on daily use. If you plan to use it for a few hours a day for indoor plants or something, it would probably do the job but long term performance is questionable.

Some serious grow lights. They're heavy and weighty. Extremely well made and works well with my plants. Easy to install. I'm just surprised how much metal they used for these! It's fantastic and high quality.
