Great product! I received a case of these ceiling tiles yesterday afternoon and had them installed in my grid in less than 30 minutes. I've used mineral fiber tiles in the past and these are light years ahead of those old dirty panels. I used a utility knife and T-square to make all of my cuts. Scored once and snapped the excess side off, no dust floating around the room like fiber tiles. They are also very light, durable and easy to handle. I installed these in my basement bathroom, which has water sources running above it. Seems like a great solution for water problems down the road, no brown stain like you see in restaurants and hotels! I'll be ordering these again for my next project. Might even install these in my garage, man cave, as they won't sag due to humidity!
