I needed to drive a passive micro-speaker from a microcontroller that can only output 7ma, so I used these.5v to speaker+, speaker- to Drain, Source to GND. then directly drive gate from 3.3v IO pin with a 100k pulldown incase the micro is held in reset. The tone command played loud and clear.
