Makes a great low-profile and leak-free way to attach water nipples to standard water containers for animal watering systems, etc. I gave it 4 stars because a stainless washer larger than rubber gasket should be supplied, as it cannot be torqued very tightly with just the rubber gasket as the hex head of the coupler body is too small and will squeeze too easily into the hole in the washer and cause it to leak..
