These dumbbell foot attachments are perfect for that! They take up almost no space, and as long as I have access to a dumbbell, I can get in a solid leg workout anywhere. No more relying on heavy gym equipment! The strap system is simple to set up, and it stays in place once secured. I was a bit skeptical about how well it would hold a dumbbell, but the grip is strong. I’ve mainly been using it for hamstring curls and knee raises, and I can really feel the burn. The material is comfortable but firm, which is important because I hate when straps dig into my skin.

Just got my hands on these, and they’re exactly what I needed to spice up my leg workouts. It securely straps onto my foot, making exercises like hamstring curls and leg lifts way more effective. One thing I really like is how adjustable it is—I can tweak the weight depending on the exercise. I have other foot straps from different brands and I must say these Balency foot straps are really easy to put on with its hook and loop design. I have used these straps to attach dumbbells to add resistance to my hanging leg raises. These straps held the dumbbells securely and at no time was I concerned that the dumbbells will fall.

If you don't want to go to the gym but want to strengthen your leg training, this foot dumbbell strap is the perfect choice! After tying it, you can do hamstring curls, leg raises and other exercises, and the effect of increasing resistance is obvious. At first, it was not tied tightly enough, and the dumbbells wobbled a little, but after adjusting the position, it was much more stable.

I'm always training at the gym, but the leg training equipment is always occupied. This dumbbell foot strap allows me to do leg training with dumbbells anytime without having to wait for the machine. The strap is easy to use, holds the position well, and doesn't affect the flow of the movement at all. I feel freer doing hamstring curls with it than with the gym equipment.

These dumbbell foot harnesses work great. I first tried them with 12 lb dumbbells and they held the dumbbells well and were comfortable to use (with shoes on). I found that 12 lbs was a little too much weight for me, so I am using these with 10 lb dumbbells. As I get stronger I will add adjustable ankle weights 1 lb at a time to increase the weight.

I’ve used ankle weights before, but I wanted to try something different for my leg workouts. These foot attachments seemed like a good idea, and after testing them for a bit, I think they’re a solid option for adding some variety. Attaching them was simple, but I had to play around with the strap placement at first to keep the dumbbell from shifting. Once I got it right, they felt much more secure. I’ve mainly been using them for hamstring curls and knee raises. The extra weight adds resistance, but it definitely feels different from using a machine. It takes a little balance, so I’d recommend starting with a lighter dumbbell at first. One thing to note, if you’re wearing thick socks or bigger shoes, you might need to readjust the straps for a snug fit. They won’t replace full gym equipment, but I like that I can throw them in my gym bag and use them anywhere.

Velcro that holds weight isn't strong enough for even a 10 lb weight. They should redesign with a buckle or D-ring to hold a weight
