Same ones that my mirrors came with, fit perfect for what i was doing, sturdy enough for my use. Seems they come in 2 thread diameters luckily i have the right bolts from my mirror kit these did not come with any. Using for mounting a light be sure to verify you get the smaller bolt diameter ones so you dont have to drill out holes in brackets. Overall its what i expected came fast im happy

These are very rough and ready. the casting pieces were not lined up correctly so you can see the "seam" around them. They feel light and the metal is soft. If I had to guess they are probably scrap aluminum melted down, like old soda cans or something. The paint chips off easily and you need to be very careful screwing the mirrors on them, they cross thread VERY easily.They feel secure enough to hold the mirrors I chose, but I picked a low profile lighter style. I don't know that I would feel confident installing something bulky and heavy.

Bolts appear to have been fully in place when these were painted. Loosening them immediately damages the finish which appears to be little more than paint. The metal doesn't seem very strong.I'm using these to secure a lightweight plastic box to the middle of my handlebars so I think these would hold up. I would not use them to mount mirrors or anything else that might see abuse. They will probably rust quickly considering the low quality finish, and I've already swapped the bolts for stainless internal hex.
