I like how well made these are but did not like how hard it was to get them filled in order to actually hold down my pool stairs. They need a larger opening. You must use sand or very heavy medium to actuall get these to work inside the pool

These are a must have for anyone has a pool ladder. I ended up purchasing 2 sets of weights. 2 for inside and 2 for outside of the pool. Only issue is if your ladder legs are wide straps won't fit around. Ended up getting velcro stars using them on handles and then strapping to pool ladder. Only filled them with play sand. They are easy to clean. And very durable.

I recently bought sand bags for my pool, and they’re fantastic. Made from durable material, they hold up well against pool chemicals and weather conditions. They keep my pool cover secure and have multiple uses, like weighing down poolside furniture. Easy to fill and position, these sand bags have made managing my pool much simpler. Highly recommended for any pool owner!

This does not work with water and the straps are too short.

First off, make sure you read the dimensions. If you go off of the pictures you will be sorely disappointed. The pictures are photo shopped and do not actually show the item in use. The way they present in the pictures make them seem much larger than they actually are. Maybe my fault there for not reading more carefully, but the pictures are really deceptive. Secondly, the description says it has a "big opening" for filling with water or sand. This is not remotely true. The opening is not much larger than what is needed to put a standard garden hose inside. Trying to fill it with sand will take a while. The opening is not big. While the material is waterproof and does seem to be decent quality, when I filled it as full as I could with water, it still floats in the pool. So I thought I might have to resort to sand. That's where the 3rd issue came in. The straps on it are too short. It says they will fit most pool steps, stairs, or ladders. I have a standard A-Frame ladder that came with our above ground pool. These straps do not come close to being long enough to wrap around the leg of the ladder. Not even close. The only thing these straps would fit is if you have a round metal frame ladder. Wish I could return this.
