I bake a lot, so this set of powder shakers is going to work very well for me. Each is made of stainless steel, but they are very small. Which actually is not so bad because I can add just a small amount of powdered sugar to apply to whatever I'm baking and dont have to compromise the freshness of the confectioner sugar by storing it in the shaker. It also comes with a set of paper stencils with designs for fancy coffee that have no value to me. Overall, my opinion is that these shakers can be useful, are they necessary? Probably not, but I like them.
