I don't know how the bushing had even come off the salvage project Ram, or how the linkage didn't come loose in the meantime, but I found this just in time. From what I saw online, this part looks just like the missing OEM part. It fits, the E clip was easy to install with large pliers, and it probably could've been done by hand.

Easy installation once you go purchase the proper retaining clips, the only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars is that I had to drive in to town to buy the correct size retaining clips. The might be the proper sized for the after shift link but not for stock.
