The original Honda OEM seals just took a brutal beating from the being outdoors for nearly 15 years. This is an economical repair that most owners should be able to do on their own. There are several videos available to assist. I personally don't think it is worth going with OEM parts for something like this.

These are a perfect fit for my 2011 Honda Civic coupe. I replaced my original, dry-rotted window trim. Easy to install - you just have to remove the vertical trim first (single screw on the inside of the door frame and it slides in/out).

These are super easy to install. It took about 5 minutes per side. You just remove the one screw that holds the door pillar plastic and slide it up. Then, lift the old trim and slide it out of the side mirror. Note that these have a left and right side. The rubber seal is slightly shorter on the side that slides under the side mirror. This is the easiest way to differentiate between the sides.The ones on my Civic had no rubber left, so I had water issues where the door would drip from the bottom after it rained. These new ones also block out more outside noise, but like I said, the old ones had no rubber left, so they provided no seal.Overall these worked perfectly, they look really good and they are way less expensive than the oem ones. It's also way more difficult to find these coupe trims because almost everything you find is for the sedan.
