They are great quality. I like that they are versatile and offer many types of exercises for the price. The one drawback is that they come curled up so you have to get them to uncurl. I would buy again if mine ever wear out. Worth a buy.

These are fine for references, and a good price. Wish the pics were larger to see them from a small distance away. But still nice posters with a waterproof plastic coating on them.

Double sided cable exercise posters to hang vertical (portrait) or horizontal (landscape). Third included poster has body weight exercises on one side and dumbbell workouts on the other. Great value, great addition to the home gym to keep your workout routine fresh.

I sent this to a friend who was too cheap to get a personal trainer, even tho I am one....SO I sent her this so she'd at least not look like an idiot in the gym

The product delivered more than advertised. Each poster is double sided and while the three posters advertised were present, the back side had a poster as well. The included slip mentions this detail and which ones you get are random. At the very least its advertising to buy some more so I don't have to flip them over.

Great deal. Cheap price for great two-sided laminated posters with excellent samplings of exercises. I posted them all over my building's small gym and the residents love them. Thanks.
