Mute is way too small for the standard trumpet, goes all de way in and would fall out every time I blow. Mouth pieces are awesome though, just wish the the mute had the correct fitment

You get what you play for.I thought this set would be a good deal but the plating is thin and is starting to explode the raw brass underneath after the return period.The mute is tiny and the walls are paper thin (soda can thin) but functional.Hopefully you can see the difference in the unused (two on the right) vs the (left) one I used has the plating worn off.The gold plating is very very thin and wears off very easily. Which will expose the raw brass underneath. Raw brass is potentially poisonous because most likely there’s lead in the brass.When the “gold”‘plating wears off your lips will be exposed to the raw brass and could possibly cause long therm health effects.If you’re looking for a gold plated mouthpiece, please buy a brand name and avoid this set.

Hello, I made this purchase because I needed the mouthpieces. But the whole package arrived torn apart and the mute completely collapsed.

This is too good to be true. Three mouthpieces are identical to the higher priced Bachs. The enclosed mute is also good quality. This pack gave me a chance to evaluate and decide which cup size was best suited to my aging chops.
