As we are moving away from plastic utensils in our kitchen, we wanted more natural ones. We landed on wood or 100% stainless steel.These wooden ladles work fantastic. The do seem to have a gloss finish on them but we hit them with some mineral oil anyway to ensure they were well sealed. We have been using for over a month and love them.

Not sure if you can use these for cooking. It seems like a shellac type coating is on them making them shiny. The are nice looking and seem sturdy enough.

All good I just wish the handle was little bit longer. Other wise they are as described in the website. I am happy with my purchase.

Quality is assured! We purchased this set to use with our enameled coated pot and we can honestly say that the product, and the company, went above and beyond what we required. The ladles looked great right out of the box. Not only did the ladles feel like quality wood, but they just felt great to hold and use in general. They came with cleaning and maintenance instructions so that you can extend the life of your purchased product. On top of the ladles, Renawe included a free wooden spatula (also of great quality), which was a really pleasant surprise. 10/10 would buy again!

I love the beautiful colors of the natural wood, craftsmanship, sturdiness, easy to clean feels great in my hands... I love the fact that it's a one piece cooking tools, it's doesn't detache while your cooking or have room for bacteria to grow between the two parts of the spoons collection... what I love the most are the extra beautiful spatula they have added with every purchase that I have done... thank you... I just order another set of spoons it's the splotted spoon for straining and the big and deep round scoop spoon, their long handles are perfect big pots of soups. I strongly recommend you to buy these beautiful cooking collection sets, you'll be glad you did.... I know I am very happy with my cooking sets!!!

This product was cheap and not easy to clean. The finish started to peal of the wood. This was very surprising to me because they looked very nice until I used them. Do not recommend!!

Beautiful, traditional wooden spoons - a flat wok spatula was also included which was a nice surprise.I would highly recommend these non-toxic, functional cooking tools.
