I picked these up for a servo project. I wanted to be able to quickly attach and detach servos without having to unplug the pins from the board. These worked perfectly and have held up even after connecting and disconnecting several times. I would like if the colors more aligned with the servo colors (black, red, orange), but this works just the same.

These pigtails are super for connecting up anything with 2 wires. I used them for battery connections as well as motor connections. The positive lock is very easy to release and impossible to connect the wrong way 'round. The wires are 20AWG 300V 90C rated and are crimped well, with the bare end easily accepting solder. A quality solution for a common need of DIYers like myself.

These extension cable connectors are well made from quality material. They appear durable and sturdy. They are easy to use and very convenient. The wire gauge is 22, so they are for light duty use, as delineated by the seller The item is as described by the seller. I am very pleased with this item and believe you will be as well. I added front grille lighting and foglight upgrades to my 2012 Tahoe and needed quick release wiring clips to make it easy to assemble / disassemble when I do bulb changes, etc. Works exactly as I'd hoped.

The plugs fit very well for coupling, and the small locking lever keeps them securely together. Good contacts inside the plugs, and the pigtail wires can be soldered easily, made of tinned copper strands.The one surprising thing was that the red and blue wires are reversed in the coupling – see my pictures. The coupling is keyed at the pin level, as shown in one of my pictures, and the attaching lever is on one side, so these cannot be plugged to match the wire colors. More of an annoyance than a functional issue, just have to remember that the colors got reversed if the actual coupling is out of sight where it is mounted. Still, a manufacturing defect on each and every one of the four pairs that I got. The amazon product page pictures show matching colors in and out of the coupling.

Slightly larger than expected connectors, but other than that seemingly as described. The wires are a bit thin, but it appears that they would hold up with normal hobbyist project use. I have not gotten a chance to test the voltage rating for these cables, but if the outside of the packaging is accurate, they should hold up to about 300v at 8A (which is more than enough for most servo motors, their advertised use case).

II fly model RC planes (up to 58" wingspan) and helicopters (up to 600 mm blade diameter) soI thought these would be good for use as servo extensions. In my picture, the red and black connectors on the top left are standard Futaba/JR sized RC servo connectors but these are double the size and use slightly thicker wires so they would only make sense as servo connectors for quite large models. Having said that, they are well made and have a latching mechanism to prevent them from vibrating apart which the Futaba/JR ones don't.I'm sure I'll use these somewhere, just not where I anticipated. I rate them 4.5 stars rounded up.
