I normally buy the name brand flat socks but opted for these. They did not disappoint though they are a little thicker than flat socks they are still comfortable and don't scoot out when you take your feet out of the shoes.

Had shoes where the inner shoe liner had come lose and uncomfortable. These worked well as a replacement. They could be cut to fit and lay flat.

For me these are the best shoe pads I ever owned. You don't have to cut them. They fit perfectly in my flatts. I bought the large ones. Love the colors. I'm on my 3rd set. Each set has different colors.

These are great because they are washable. My feel feel gross in regular insoles so I really like these. They have little guides on the back that made them easy to trim. I have barefoot style shoes so I didn't have to trim them too much. They feel nice in but with out feeling like they are changing my shoes too much. I don't want something that is going to remove the benefits of the shoes that I'm wearing so these are great.

Not as good as Flat Socks. They don't last very long before you have to wash them.
