These are fairly nicely made but are on the cheap side...hence the price. The rubber band is not super strong so your dog can just knock the mask off easily. I got the medium for a medium-sized pit. I measured and everything but the muzzle is too small. I didn't want get the large because you have to measure the length of the nose and the dog has a short snout. What I also am confused about is what exactly you are supposed to get because no matter what size you pick, it looks like you are getting the mask that fits a corgi. As far as I am concerned, that is what it looks like I got. I don't even know if it is a bigger size. But if you look at the 3rd listing picture of the larger dog, the mask looks different and looks bigger. I don't know if it is false advertising or just some kind of mistake.It did arrive with an odor to it. I had to wash it twice in the washer to get the smell out. I do think that the filter works. (Yes, I tried it over my nose/mouth. haha) But like I said, it is a bit too small. (see pic) I know that it is supposed to be a snug fit, but dogs have fur, so I don't know what people are thinking. It is better than nothing, but if you want something to fit better, you are going to have to shave your dog's snout!1 star ding for being too small and 1 star for the confusing listing in terms of what you are supposed to get and not so great strap.

It never occured to me to get a mask for my dog, but they need to breath clean air too. I now keep these in my emergency go-bag with my masks.

Very easy to place on my large dogs and tighten for a tough fit. My dogs didn’t fuss too much with them (or struggle to remove) which was very good.

OSHA should give public service announcements on every major network. The science behind N95 masks is they have to be airtight 100% sealed at all sides. Now I know how much I love my dog however, peace of mind is only piece of mind - it doesn’t make this type of mask Work to help my dogs lungs. I love that everybody cares about their animals so much. It’s a beautiful thing. But these are ridiculous. I’m sorry.. on a pawsitive note, luckily all living beings are designed by nature to withstand great environmental adversity.

We have 4 dogs. All range from tiny to huge. The bigger ones worked just fine. Definitely not small enough for a chihuahua. If they have a option for extra small go for that one.Overall it was recieved and worked as expected.Easy for the pups to take off but I'm sure with some training they will adjust.

My elderly Lab has developed asthma. We live where there was bad wildfire smoke last year. Meteorologists are predicting the hottest summer on record again and a return of the smoke. My dog must use the outdoors for potty breaks, even if she doesn’t take a long walk. I was glad to see these adjust to fit her face and she did not mind my trying one on her. I just hope they work.

Got these just in case we come in contact with bad air quality or smoke etc and need something to put on my German Shorthaired Pointer to protect him. Fits well and does the job. Recommend it

It’s a good idea to have an air filter mask for your dog in case there is a wildfire or other source of air pollution. You would have to get the dog accustomed to it ahead of time. It helps if he already is okay with wearing a muzzle. There are videos on muzzle training a dog that are very helpful.I got the small size for my beagle. It is not a snug fit, and would only be partially effective in filtering out, pollutants, but I imagine that is better than nothing. It is adjustable as far as the length around the back of the head, but that loosens up as easily as it tightens.I am using one of these for training purposes and will keep the other two clean and ready in case we need them.
