The set is perfect looks great and table and stools are sturdy. If customer service is important, this is who you wanna do business with. One of the screw holes in a stool leg wouldn’t allow the bolt to tighten. I reached out and they sent a replacement leg. Unfortunately I gave bad info and the wrong leg was sent (my fault). I contacted them and again very quick response and sent another leg. Same thing happened; I peeled back the wrapping a bit and with flashlight examined the hole. There was a small staple going down the hole causing the bolt not to tighten. Both legs they sent had this in same exact place. Easy fix, I passed this on so they could inform the manufacturer.This could’ve been a nightmare but the customer service and their follow up was fantastic!

I literally never write reviews for anything but this piece of crap cost me so much grief I felt compelled to do so. First of all the cushions are not comfortable. Second of all the decor pillows are ugly. Third of all the quality control is so poor they all ended up all shaky and uneven. And worst of all it literally took me two hours to screw in one particular bolt the hole for which had an imperfection that caused the bolt to not be able to be screwed in. I literally had to use a hammer and Allen wrench to mold the imperfection at the mouth of the hole such that I could get the final screw in. Also, in the pictures the screws are brown but mine came with metal screws which do not look as nice. All in all would NOT purchase and I hope no one ever goes through what I went through with this stupid set.

This set is even better than pictured. The seats are roomy and the construction is solid. The wicker almost looks like the real thing. My only complaint is that one of the screws would not line up on the table. Since they are constructed with metal tubing, it is difficult to fix without a lot of work. Luckily, the table is sturdy enough to forego the final screw.

I would say 3-4 stars for assembly - We struggled with it due to a bent support (still usable), and my husband said it took a little longer than he expected because the holes didn’t line up exactly. HOWEVER, the set seems very sturdy and fits perfectly on our very small deck. One of the foot supports arrived unraveled, and I sent a picture to customer service and asked them if they could please ship that part only as I did not want to have to return the whole set. Not only did they answer me within hours, the new part was shipped within 2 days. EXCELLENT customer service.

I like this set as soon as I saw it. I purchased it, it was easy to put together it was sturdy but one of the chairs had a problem lining up the holes for the foot rest. I reached out to the company explain to them what was going on they requested that I send them pictures of the holes on the chairs they could not fix it and they told me that they do not send just one chair so what they did instead was sent me a whole new set I was blown away with their customer service that was second to none.The set fits perfect on my deck so that we can go out and have breakfast or dinner. The set is very cute and it looks just like the picture.

I put it together myself in an hour. It’s sturdy and very pretty. I did have to buy these cheap little wedges because it wobbled a bit but easy fix.

The set looks exactly as pictured. Sturdy quality. It was a little difficult to put together...you have to figure out the right way to position the pieces (bottom vs top) but once that is done, everything went together. There were a couple of screw holes that were blocked by some of the material that is wrapped around each piece and it took a bit to figure that out and move the piece that was in the way. I really do love it and can't beat the price.
