Efficient Diamond Cutting Blades

Gunpla diamond blades are made from high quality durable heat-treated carbon steel, with sturdy synthetic diamond scattered throughout the blades. These diamonds are manufactured through high pressure and high temperature synthesis to ensure they deliver utmost efficiency during use. The diamonds are bonded to the blades, this method is used to produce the best quality blades and with enhanced longevity.

Segmented Rim

This Segmented Rim blade provides rough cuts. As a dry cutting blade, it can be used for dry applications without water as it is perfect for cut outs. thanks to the segments. It is engineered to be used for concrete, brick, concrete pavers, masonry, block, hard or reinforced concrete, and limestone. They allow air flow and cooling of the blade core. The other function of the segments is to allow a better exhaust of debris, for swifter cuts.

Turbo Rim

Our Turbo Rim blade is designed to provide fast cuts in both wet and dry applications. The small segments on the diamond rim blade permit rapid cooling of the blade as it allows air to pass through them. This leads to a cooling effect and the scattered throughout the blade as well has the same function. With its perfect the design, this blade cuts faster, while pushing the material out. This blade effectively cuts concrete, brick, and limestone materials.

Continuous Rim

The Continuous Rim blade is perfect when you need to perform wet cuts. The first advantage when using our diamond cutting continuous rim blade is that you can use water when cutting material. The water significantly cools down the blade, enhancing its longevity and it washes away any debris to help lessening friction in the cutting zone. With this cutting blade, you can obtain fast results with reduced dust

Tearing out a tub and replacing with a shower pan. Needed something to cut the acrylic tub out and also cut ceramic floor tile because the footprint of the new shower pan was a bit bigger than the old tub I pulled out. These worked amazing. I can't speak to their longevity, but the cut right through the acrylic tub and moved so easily through the ceramic tile that I actually cut too deep, right down into the concrete slab several times.

My brother stole my old diamond blade for my angle grinder. I needed to cut open geodes for my daughter. I decided to get these since they were cheap and I don't really need a diamond blade a lot. I have used 2 of the blades so far and both have cut the stones very good. Just to be clear, I didn't wear out one and started the second, I just decided to try 2 different blade styles to see if one was better than the other. I found both cut the stone pretty much the same. For the price you can't really complain if these didn't last though. Both blades made nice clean cuts in the stone and cut it like butter. If I ever do any real cutting with it, I will update with how they perform.

I had a lot of stucco (e.g., concrete and wire mesh) to cut through and the serrated blade worked great and is still seems to have plenty of cutting capacity for the future. And I have the two other blades to use when I need them. Also used to cut through a lot of nails without any problems. Handy to have.

Tried the Turbo blade on some pavers.Cut just fine ,had no problems but can't say how long they will last because they were not expensive, still, if you are only doing small occasional jobs around the house they should be fine.

I just want to make it clear that I was using these on granite, so I guess that doesn't really fall in the seller's "recommended" uses. However, after using other diamond blades on granite from Graff, Makita and Dewalt, I personally would pay a little more for a set that lasts a little longer.I'm only judging this by looking at the blade and I didn't examine these under a microscope or anything, but the diamond content in each blade doesn't appear to be as high as the other brands I mentioned. At the moment, these blades are about $3.66 per blade which is cheap and these would still be good for small jobs. Just to compare: Graff averages around $5 per blade, Dewalt around $5, and Makita around $9.48. These are the cheapest of the lot, but I would just say that "you get what you pay for" and it comes down to what type of job you're using this for. These would most likely last the average person long enough to cut some ceramic tiles to re-tile a small half bathroom or something similar, but I wouldn't recommend on heavy duty granite/stone/concrete applications.
