These are definitely under the budget class. The spoons are not finished and a little sharp along all of the edges. They are like the stamped metal utensils you see at the dollar store. The double jiggers do not have any markings. Can't complain about the price and if it's just for home it is perfect.

Overall, this is a very good value. I primarily bought it for the Stainless Steel Mixing Spoons, which I like very much. The Cocktail Bar Jiggers were an extra bonus for me, but not as thick-walled or heavy as I would like.
