The rivet holding the sides together came out on day one of using this product. The finger holds to clamp the sides together bent when pressed. Trash product...don't waste your money.

These little gadgets actually impressed me with how solid and well designed they were. The molds are surprisingly sturdy, simple to use, and easy to clean. I have not run mine in the dishwasher, so I can't say if they are dishwasher safe. But, cleaning them by hand was super easy. Their design also automatically crimp the edges closed tightly and form the flat bottoms you'd want for fried dumplings. The cutters are robust and not made of paper thin steel like the cookie cutters I was trying to use before. They stand up to the pressure of repeated use very well. I really expected these to be whisper thin stamped sheet metal, but the material looks to be about 2mm thick to my eye.As a side note, the two larger sizes are quite big. The smallest is about perfect for what I usually make at home, but the larger molds would make some seriously substantial dumplings. We're talking two or three big bites for the largest of the set! When they say 10cm, they're not kidding! I'm sure I'll come up with a recipe for something that big as a sort of novelty, though.For what I paid for the set, these are worth every penny for me since I make my dumplings in large batches at a time and then freeze them. Making ten by hand is easy enough, but when you're rolling, cutting, and pressing twenty or more these are a major time saver. I imagine they'd be fun for cooking with your kids too, if you happen to have any, since these are super easy to use and don't have any sharp edges.

Made pierogies. Worked like a charm. You may have to trim the excess around the outside, but that had always been the case. Nice sturdy tool.

My daughter has used the larger dumpling maker for empanadas. They were perfectly shaped and the dough separated from the mold cleanly.

Okay so considering these were less than $20 I need to give them 5 stars considering. The cicular cutters need a little extra umph and a twist to get your piece to separate from the mother sheet. The dough crimper things worked great just don't overfill them. I would recommend to anyone.

Sturdy, well-made presses and cutters. These are easy to clean, and the nice weight helps cut & seal edges. These will last years!
