This window tint is perfect, its the only tint I have came across that doesn't have a purple hue to it. Most of the bad reviews are because they don't know how to put it on or shipping issues. I have 5% all around, nothing on the windshield, thought id add my pictures since their aren't many reviews.

Box came crushed which is not shippers fault.I did get some good tint in the middle of the roll and it worked out. If you never did tint before it is not easy, I have done my side window over the years many times. I peel it off get my inspection then every year re install it. This tint is just as good as any other. Tint installation is not easy so some reviews on here are not fair. This year I put legal tint back on ,no more worrying about drivers window.

FYI: This is a great product and price for learning to apply window tint. I ordered a second roll, because I made mistakes 2 xs. Unless you have practice, or are extremely versatile (which I am,) dont expect to do a pro job your first time. One thing I'm going to start doing is putting scotch tape on the corner of the clear side, so I can get the #%@*& apart. Also buy extra to practice.

TOTAL GARBAGE; Not a good tint for front or back windshield. It did just "OK" for the side windows but is a total FAIL for the front and back windshields: It sticks to itself, wrinkles up, and 'creases' way 2 easily. I tried 4 rolls of this stuff and SIX attempts to tint my back windshield without disgusting creases and "air bubbles" all failed - following the instructions explicitly, even using extra soapy watter, blow dryers, etc, etc. This stuff is garbage. No matter what I did, the tint ended up with ugly creases and bubbles in it on the back windshield that couldn't be removed with a squeegee or hard-card.. Also, you have to really FIGHT to get the clear plastic coating to separate from the actual tint. This stuff is NOT "user friendly". I'm guessing this stuff is called "pro-tint" because only professional window tinters can use it. It is NOT for the 'average" customer or the "do it yourself" type. Do yourself a favor and buy SOMETHING ELSE or go down to a car shop and have a professional tint your windows. This stuff is not worth the money. I do not recommend this product at all and advise that it is a waste of your money.

After opening the box it came in there was a crease in the film right in the middle that does not come out though the entire roll of window tint. And on top of that the sticker holding the roll tightly rolled up left nasty white residue on the film ( as seen in photo) I went to return it and was disappointed I did not check to see if this was a prime item and would cost me almost $6 to return (taken out of my refund)

Update: 3 years after I installed this I sold the car. It still looked like the day I installed it. I know the new owner and it's still the same now 2 years after that. Great product.Original review:can not beat the price. I installed by my self, side windows perfect, back window is curved so I messed it up a few times but it keeps the sun out of the baby's eyes... and I can see fine with it. Its been on my tc for a year now and still working great. no color change.

I used to tint regularly years ago, and have come across all kinds of tint. This film is good, but it's not best quality. I think I would have come out just as good with the store bought films at the auto parts store. My second area of disappointment is the color/clarity. This film has more of a mirror effect and more of a bronze color than I like; as opposed to a clear smoke color. If that's the look that you're going for, then I suppose that's ok. So though the light transmittance numbers might right, a more thorough description would have been useful. Not totally satisfied.

Used this to tint a retired school bus (yes.... I tinted over 50 windows in all!) and for a do-it-yourself job, I am pleased. The 20% keeps out heat and hides valuables in the daylight. READ THE DIRECTIONS!!!! And be sure to purchase an application kit (mostly just need the application solution). Don't make your own water solution, the bottle is cheap enough and you'll regret the results otherwise. Oh, and CLEAN, CLEAN, CLEAN your windows, sils, frames, and anything the paper may come in contact with once the sticky side is revealed. Your window can be perfectly clean but if it sucks dust off of your window frame, you'll have imperfections in the tint.
