Tile leveling usual prevention measures.
- When the tile is flat, the steel needle must be rotated and the cement around the steel needle must be cleaned.
- Rotate it 90 ° to remove the t pin and before the cement is dry (usually not more than 6 hours).
- When you remove the tiles to find a flatter, you can press the needle to reduce the resistance of ceramic tiles.
- The brick seam should not be filled with cement in case the cement solidified steel needle cannot be removed.

Use tips:
1. Close to tile, insert T-pins along the gap between tiles;
2. Then rotate 180 degrees and the T needle is stuck at the bottom of the two tiles;
3. Adjust the lid with a hand or a special wrench until the two tiles are on the same level;
4. After leveling, 4-6 hours, before the cement/binder is completely dry, rotate the lid in reverse and take out the 180 degree T needle until the word is removed.
How to Use tile leveling system kit ?
1. Tile gap should be kept between 1/12"(2mm) -1/4"(6mm) when tiles are laid, which can be used in conjunction with the cross to make the tiles evenly separated.
2. Insert the T-shaped steel needle along the tile gap.
3. Rotate 90 degrees clockwise to make the t-shaped steel pin stuck between the two tiles.
4. The wrench rotation cover until the two tiles are at the same level.
5. Rotate it 90 ° to remove the T pin and before the cement is dry (usually not more than 6 hours).
6. Clean and dry storage for reuse.
Note: 1.Moving the T-shaped needle back and forth before tightening up is highly suggested so that the tile leveling system can be more easily taken out.

These little stainless T's are replacements for a tile leveling system I started using a few years ago. I like them much better then the plastic wedge shaped units you buy at the box stores. These spacers can be reused if you pull them out before the thin-set is fully cured. This 300 pack will last 30 jobs or more.

These replacement needles did the job for leveling my floor tiles. Just know that you'll need the caps and system to go with them, they can't be used on their own.
