Been diving more and decided I needed some safety equipment, and an inflatable dive signal tube with a line reel is an important safety device. This finger reel is nicely anodized, a great color, and the line is flat so it lays well on the spool. It's a great addition to one's safety kit.

This seems like a pretty well built finger reel for around $20. I have added it to my scuba safety kit. Comes with a decent bolt snap too.
