How to Choose Grit
40-240 Grit
40-240 Grit are used to grind hard and rough objects such as metal and wood: 40/60/80 Grit for rough wood. 120/180 Grit for general wood. 240 Grit for final finishing of wood, plaster and other surfaces.
240-400 Grit
240-400 Grit for secondary polishing.
400-1000 Grit
400-1000 Grit for fine polishing of some mahogany furniture, amber, jade and other objects that require high precision.
