Racing 1/10 buggy and shedding weight and making it look good at the same time. I needed both flanged and non-flanged nuts, these are pretty common around shocks (flanged). They are light (I placed on my scale and about 1/3 of a steel), and work great. When you swap about 8-10 nuts on a car - that makes a difference!

Red aluminum M3 lock nuts. These work great, no complaints. They have a very nice red anodized finish, and will tighten down very well without stripping out. Would buy them again.

These flanged 3mm lock nuts are very lightweight and decently strong as far as an aluminum nut goes.
